Ordering from Schwa Designs is easy. You can order directly with a Visa or Master Card by calling (206) 409-5875, print out our order form (.pdf or Word.doc) and mail it in or fax it to (206) 675-0245, or use the PayPal buttons to buy online.
Using PayPal is easy and secure. When you see an item you want, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you are ready to checkout, click the "View Cart" button. This will take you to PayPal's secure checkout page, where you will be lead through the ordering process. Sales tax and shipping cost will be added during the checkout process.
Because Schwa Designs are all individually hand-crafted, please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your order to be shipped.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico residents: All orders will be shipped via UPS 2-day air or Overnight Air, which are the only available shipping methods to these states. An additional $10-$15 shipping surcharge will apply.
Please Schwa if you need items shipped to a PO box.
Please insure your package and get a tracking number. We cannot issue you a credit if your package is lost in the mail.
When shipping jewelry please wrap each piece in bubble wrap and box securely. We will not be responsible for damaged goods incurred during shipping.
Schwa's designs are hand-crafted with the highest quality and attention. If your design is in need of repair within 4 months of wear, please notify Schwa via and mail your designs to Schwa with the sales receipt. Charges may apply, but in that case, we will notify you before we repair your piece.
